Baker Hostetler has announced that renowned technology law practitioner Peter Brown has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Business Group. Mr. Brown was the founder and Co-Managing Partner of Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner—which began as a two-lawyer boutique in 1979—for 27 years, where he was responsible for all aspects of the development, strategy and operations of the New York-based commercial law firm.
Mr. Brown, who was most recently Co-Head of the Technology Litigation Practice at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, will lead Baker Hostetler’s national Technology Law Practice team.
Additionally, Mr. Brown will advise clients on a wide variety of matters relating to information technology, including transactions involving computer systems, computer outsourcing, hardware and software licensing, new media, and computer law.
