Braden L. Berg, who most recently practiced in the Corporate and Securities section of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., has joined Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. as a Member in the Palo Alto office, practicing in the Corporate Section.

Mr. Berg's arrival continues the expansion of Mintz Levin's Palo Alto office and follows the recent addition of Bryan J. Sinclair, Karineh Khachatourian and Jeffrey M. Ratinoff, a group of intellectual property attorneys from Buchanan Ingersoll, who joined the firm's Palo Alto office two weeks ago.
