Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP have announced that Richard A. Martin has joined the firm as a partner in its Litigation practice in New York. Formerly, Martin was a partner with Heller Ehrman LLP and had previously served as the Managing Partner and Head of Litigation in the New York office.
